TIFFANY YVONNE
Tiffany Yvonne (Gratton-McDuffie), CPA, is the Founder & Head of Strategy + Happiness at Playmaker Solutions, a boutique strategic advisory, coaching, training and experience design firm.
In 2019, she received Congressional Recognition for her work as a Life & Leadership Coach.
Specializing in emotional intelligence and transformational leadership, Tiffany uses her sales and accounting background to merge people-strategy with profit-strategy. She is known for shifting employee experience, elevating team dynamics, and empowering leaders to use coaching skills for better performance, results, and retention.
Her powerful keynotes and workshops disrupt burnout and cultivate workplace cultures where people actually like to show up and are driven to get results that benefit their teams and organizations' while simultaneously driving impact for themselves and their families.
Nothing about her work is "check the box". She's not into changing policy unless it also changes behavior and performance and results.
Tiffany holds a Masters in Adult & Continuing Education from the University of Wisconsin. There she studied positive psychology, experience and instructional design, and change and behavior management. She began her career working as a Certified Public Accountant, using audit frameworks to identify best practices, system efficiencies, and regulatory compliance. Over time, she transitioned to using her transformational leadership style to create award winning leadership development programs for sales leaders, learning and development professionals, fintech and hospitality industry leaders, educators and youth.
Tiffany splits her time between Chicago and Milwaukee, is a mom of three (including twin girls), and she enjoys family time, swimming, and if you meet her you'll soon learn that she speaks in fluent "song".
